Paradise Valley Estate For $35M Is The Most Expensive in Arizona

This elaborate Arizona mansion has been listed for $35 million by its owner and hedge-fund founder Robert Sussman. If it fetches the asking price, the sale will set a new record for the state.

The 12-acre gated Paradise Valley estate includes a hair salon, a movie theater and an indoor basketball court.

Surrounded by palm trees, the illustrious estate includes views of Camelback Mountain. The main house measures over 30,000 square feet with a domed ceiling and twin stairways at the entrance. The master suite includes the hair salon, a sitting rom, an office a kitchenette and multiple terraces in addition to his and her closets. But wait, there’s more. Also included is a basketball with an electronic scoreboard and a skybox as well as a movie theater outfitted with vintage James Bond posters and its own lobby.

The grounds include a swimming pool and a three-bedroom guesthouse with its own infinity pool. But, if the guesthouse doesn’t afford enough privacy, there are also his and hers pool houses.
