This Miami Beach mansion once belonged to Gianni Versace, and after his death, it sat empty for three years until entrepreneur Peter Loftin bought it.  He then restored it and is now selling it as one of the two most expensive homes in America (The Fleur De Lys Estate is also being sold for $125 million).
