This elaborate Arizona mansion has been listed for $35 million by its owner and hedge-fund founder Robert Sussman. If it fetches the asking price, the sale will set a new record for the state.

The 12-acre gated Paradise Valley estate includes a hair salon, a movie theater and an indoor basketball court.

Surrounded by palm trees, the illustrious estate includes views of Camelback Mountain. The main house measures over 30,000 square feet with a domed ceiling and twin stairways at the entrance. The master suite includes the hair salon, a sitting rom, an office a kitchenette and multiple terraces in addition to his and her closets. But wait, there’s more. Also included is a basketball with an electronic scoreboard and a skybox as well as a movie theater outfitted with vintage James Bond posters and its own lobby.

The grounds include a swimming pool and a three-bedroom guesthouse with its own infinity pool. But, if the guesthouse doesn’t afford enough privacy, there are also his and hers pool houses.

Inside the "Scarface Mansion


"El Fureidis," the elaborate estate where some of the scenes from notorious "Scarface" were filmed has sold for $12.26 - a mere fraction of the asking price. The 10-acre Montecito property was listed for $35 million in May of 2014 and had its price cut to $17.9 million.



The four bedroom house is nearly 10,000 square feet. Designed by architect Bertram Goodhue in the early 1900s, it incorporates both Roman and Middle Eastern influences. The home includes a Byzantine-style "conversation room with 18-foot ceilings. In the dining room there is a barrel dome ceiling covered in 24-karate gold lear. The grounds feature Persian-style gardens and fountains. In the back where the weddings scene in "Scarface" was filmed there are multiples patio levels and reflecting pools.

The buyer was a Houston businessman - CEO of a private investment bank.

Inside Tyra Banks' Incredible Beverly Hills Mansion

Recently, Tyra Banks listed her Beverly Hills home for $7.75 million. After $2 million in renovations the 1926 Spanish Colonial is stunning - both in its architecture and its interior design.


Banks bought the four-bedroom, seven-bathroom home in 2004. The 6,000 square foot property includes a charming sunroom, an immense walk-in closet (only fitting for a supermodel) a safe room, a swimming pool and four outdoor fountains.

During the renovation, Banks made sure to maintain the property's original exposed wooden beams and terra cotta tiled roof. She added a new kitchen, an outdoor kitchen and an outdoor living room. This home is cozy yet elegant - a true work of art.


As is the case with many properties in Beverly Hills, the home comes with its own piece of Hollywood history. It was previously occupied by actress Marion Davies - the companion to media tycoon William Randolph Hearst.

According to Banks she loved living in the house. "The stunning Spanish architecture spoke to me the minute I walked in the door. And then, when I discovered that... Marion Davies was a previous owner I was ecstatic" Banks reported.
