The most expensive listing in New York City is a co-op at 834 Fifth Avenue. Priced at a whopping $120 million this famed Upper East Side apartment building has housed tycoons such as Rupert Murdoch and Elizabeth Arden. It's also the most expensive co-op in the city.

Previously owned by financier John Gutfreund, the apartment is located on the building's seventh and eight floors and has 20 room spread over 12,000 square feet.
